Seller requirements on V-Hub

V-Hub is a B2B marketplace for specialty green coffee. To sell on V-Hub, your company needs to meet the following requirements.

Company requirements

• You must be a registered company — only companies can register on V-Hub.
• You must be an exporter, producer, importer, or trader of green coffee (or an authorised representative of one).
• You must complete the company verification process before trading.
• You must accept the V-Hub Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you need to get started

1. A company email address and your company details (name, legal entity, country).
2. A completed registration as a seller.
3. Verification of your company (see "Company verification" article).
4. A shop — your storefront on V-Hub.
5. Origins and warehouses defined in your account.
6. Your coffee listings, with accurate information and quality data.

Ongoing responsibilities

• Keep listings accurate and up to date (availability, prices, origin information).
• Respond to buyer inquiries, sample requests, and orders in a timely manner.
• Fulfil orders according to the agreed terms and Incoterms.
• Maintain professional communication through the platform.
