How to use search agents (Notify me!)

Inventory on V-Hub changes constantly — sellers add new coffees, lots sell out, and new arrivals appear. Instead of logging in to check for new coffees, you can save a search and have the results delivered to your email on a regular basis.

Why use search agents Due to the constantly changing inventory on V-Hub, buyers used to have to log in repeatedly to check for new coffees. Search agents solve this: you define what you're looking for once, and V-Hub tells you when something new matches.

Creating a search agent

1. Log in to V-Hub and open your dashboard.
2. Go to the search agents section.
3. Click to create a new search agent.
4. Set your search criteria — the same filters you use when browsing: origin, processing, variety, cupping score, grade, price, and more.
5. Choose how often you want to be notified (e.g. daily or weekly).
6. Save.

Managing your agents You can edit, pause, or delete your search agents at any time from your dashboard. Each agent sends you an email when new coffees match your saved criteria.

Tips

• Create separate agents for different sourcing needs (e.g. one for washed Ethiopian lots, one for high-scoring natural process).
• Combine with the wishlist to track coffees you've already shortlisted.
