How to manage warehouses on V-Hub

Warehouses tell buyers where your coffee is physically located. Because many spot coffees are split between warehouses in different regions, showing accurate warehouse locations helps buyers find what is immediately accessible to them.

Adding a warehouse

  1. Log in to V-Hub and go to your seller dashboard.
  2. Open the warehouses section.
  3. Click to add a new warehouse and enter the location details (name, address, country, region).
  4. Save.

Warehouse approval Warehouse locations go through an approval workflow before they are active. Your submission will be reviewed by the V-Hub team — you will be notified by email and in-app once it is approved.

Linking warehouses to listings When you create or import a listing, state which warehouse the coffee relates to. Buyers can then filter by warehouse location and see where a lot is available.

Keeping locations up to date If coffee moves between warehouses, update the listing so availability stays accurate. Buyers use the warehouse filter precisely because they want coffees they can reach quickly.
