How to buy on V-Hub
Buying on V-Hub is simple: create a free account, discover coffee, request what you want, and agree with the seller.
Step 1 — Create a free account Your V-Hub buyer account is free. Register on V-Hub and you're ready to go. Prices on listings are visible once you're logged in.

Step 2 — Discover coffee Search for a particular seller or use the filters to sort through all the coffees — by origin, processing, variety, cupping score, grade, crop year, price, and warehouse location. Maps, images, data tables, and detailed text give you the full picture of each lot.
Step 3 — Review the listing Open a listing to see the complete details: origin story, quality data, quantity, price, and where the coffee is located. If you have questions, contact the seller directly through the platform's messaging.

Step 4 — Place an order Click Buy coffee on the listing and follow the order flow. Your order is sent to the seller as an order request.
Step 5 — Seller offer and confirmation The seller reviews your request and responds with an offer (including final terms and shipping). You review the offer — accept or decline it. Once you accept, the order moves forward to payment and fulfilment.

Step 6 — Pay and track Complete payment securely with Stripe. You can follow the order status in your dashboard and receive notifications at every step.
