How ratings and reviews work on V-Hub

Ratings on V-Hub help buyers and sellers build a trusted marketplace. After a completed order, you can rate the coffee you bought — and your rating counts because it's verified.

How ratings work

• Each listing can carry a 1–5 star rating.
• Ratings are purchase-verified — you can only rate a coffee you have actually ordered, which keeps the marketplace honest.
• Your rating is visible to the seller and to other buyers browsing the listing.

Rating a coffee you bought

1. Open your completed order in the dashboard.
2. Click to rate the coffee.
3. Choose your star rating (1–5) and add a short review if you like.
4. Submit — the rating is added to the listing.

Why ratings matter

• For buyers: ratings give you a quick signal of quality and reliability from people who actually bought the coffee.
• For sellers: good ratings build reputation and help future buyers choose them.

Managing your ratings You can update your rating after submitting it. Keep it fair and based on the coffee you received — ratings are visible to the seller.
