Getting Started with V-Hub: Creating a Shop

Your shop is your storefront on V-Hub — it is where buyers see your company, your story, and your coffees. You can create more than one shop for your company.

TIP: We recommend creating a shop per legal entity and/or per currency.

Before you start Once you have successfully created your account, you will create a shop to store and present your coffee. If you registered as a buyer only, switch your account to also act as a seller first.

Creating a shop

  1. Go to your seller dashboard and open the shops section.
  2. Click the button to create a new shop (e.g. "+ New shop").
  3. Enter your shop information: name, description, and your company details.
  4. Add a logo and a header image to present your shop — this is the first thing buyers see.
  5. Save and continue.

Shop policies Enter your shipping and payment policies. This part is optional, but we recommend it — clear policies attract more buyers and reduce back-and-forth.

Shop defaults Shop defaults are predefined values that are selected by default when creating or importing new listings (for example, your default currency or shipping terms). You don't have to prefill all fields.

Payment and shipping Define your payment options and the locations you ship to.

Publish your shop Your shop is saved as a draft first. Review it by viewing it as buyers would see it. You can add coffee listings right away or save that for later. Click Publish shop to make it publicly visible.

Congratulations! You've created your first shop. The next step is to add your origins and your coffee listings.
