Getting Started with V-Hub: Creating an account

V-Hub is a B2B marketplace — only companies can register. You can register as a buyer (coffee roaster) or as a seller (coffee exporter, producer, or importer). You can always add the other side later.

How to create a new account

1. Go to V-Hub and select "Register" in the upper right area of the homepage.
2. Choose your account type: Buyer (Coffee Roaster) or Seller (Coffee Exporter / Producer / Importer).
3. Enter your email address — please use your company email address.
4. Create a password and confirm it.
5. Enter your first name, last name, and company name.
6. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and that you are working for the company stated above.
7. Click Create account.

After you register

• You will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
• As a seller, you can then create your shop and start adding coffee listings.
• As a buyer, you can start browsing listings, requesting samples, and placing orders right away.
