Company verification: getting approved as a seller

V-Hub is a trusted B2B marketplace. To protect buyers and sellers, every company goes through a verification step before it can trade.

Why verification matters Verification confirms that your company is real and that you are authorised to represent it. Verified companies appear with a trusted profile, and buyers can trade with confidence.

How it works

1. After you register and create your shop, your company profile will show a verification status.
2. Submit your company details for verification from your company settings (company name, legal information, and any documents requested).
3. The V-Hub team reviews your submission.
4. Once approved, your company is verified and you can publish listings and receive orders.

How long does it take? Reviews are usually completed within a few business days. You will be notified by email and in-app when your status changes.

What if my verification is rejected? You will be told why, and you can correct the information and resubmit. Contact v-hub@vollers.com if you need help.
